Fine views from the hotel made mornings good. The breakfast spread hit the mark with an excellent variety and high quality. Wheeling my way through the breakfast options was like a feast! Rooms offered comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Lack of clear instructions around parking left me confused upon arrival, and I ended up paying extra fees due to unclear payment methods. The waiting time for check-in was frustrating, especially with arriving at the same time as a tour bus. Some areas felt outdated, particularly in terms of bathroom amenities. Noise from nearby port activities disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Unique base for travelling to Sortland and exploring local places. Well-appointed room itself with a lovely view, huge bed, as for instance. What a convenient and practical location in the harbour! Also - near the towns center, Scandic Sortland and fjord.

Property was great modern and absolutely fantastic, we appreciated this place.
The room we had included television with satellite channels, climate control and a fridge. The breakfast was excellant, all meals were good! The service offered was excellent.

The location was convenient and perfect for walking around Vesteralen. Visited few places in the center, just a short walk away from the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner, I tried special dishes. I had a comfortable bed, an electric kettle and a fridge.
Unfortunately, amenities were missing.

Parking is not private. The public parking in front fills up quickly, and clearer instructions regarding payment would have been helpful.

High parking fees!!! Guests deserve complimentary parking, especially in a remote location!!! The lack of air conditioning can be a real discomfort during warm spells!!! It would help if clearer instructions were provided for parking payments!!!

The room was fabulously modern with large windows offering amazing views of the sea and mountains. The breakfast spread was really good, with a wide variety of options, including freshly pressed orange juice and an array of delicious pastries. I loved the unique floating sauna experience that allowed me to unwind right on the fjord!

Scandic was a good experience! The staff was nice and super helpful. Staying in a twin room was comfy, and we loved the fantastic floating sauna right on the water, so easy to book. Breakfast offered a great variety.

The hotel boasts fine fjord views. The breakfast spread is a highlight, it featured a vast variety of dishes, including some fantastic vegan options. I particularly enjoyed the modern room with a small refrigerator. Observing the calming lake view during breakfast made mornings lovely.
Parking arrangements were somewhat confusing and a bit of a hassle.
